The pass-thru warming cabinet is a two-section unit with a capacity of 43.3 cu. ft. It features four full height doors with cylinder locks and six silver freezer shelves. The exterior of the cabinet has a digital thermometer and is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum. The cabinet requires a 20 amp breaker and is UL, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. It is proudly made in the USA. Standard features of the cabinet include a dial thermometer, safety grip handles, adjustable thermostat, adjustable wire shelves, 6" adjustable black legs, stainless steel door liner, heavy-duty cylinder locks, heavy-duty cam lift hinges, self-closing doors with safety stops, and manually operated humidity vents. The cabinet also has a stainless steel case front and door(s), one-piece self-adjusting magnetic door gaskets, and a door opening that accepts various sizes of pans and trays. The cabinet is constructed with an aluminum interior and sides, with the option of a stainless steel finish. It is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The cabinet front and doors are made of heavy gauge stainless steel for durability. The operational indicator panel contains a thermometer and adjustable thermostat control, which can be set from 80°F to 180°F. The cabinet has a heating system with manually controlled humidity vents and an externally mounted blower system to maintain an even temperature throughout the food zone area. It is equipped with strip type 750-watt heating elements, operating on 208-240/60/1, with a total of 1500 watts per compartment. The doors of the cabinet have safety grip handles and an interior door liner made of heavy gauge stainless steel. The door opening has a stainless steel door jamb and the self-closing doors are mounted on rugged cam-lift hinges. Each door has a heavy-duty cylinder lock and a self-adjusting magnetic gasket.
