The Beverage Air HBR23HC-1-HS Horizon Series Refrigerator is a reliable reach-in model designed for back-of-house refrigeration. With a spacious interior capacity of 23.1 cu. ft., it can safely store food for extended periods of time. Featuring stainless steel interiors, this refrigerator is equipped with long-lasting LED lighting that keeps the interior cool. It also includes three epoxy-coated wire shelves for efficient organization and maximum use of space. The self-closing feature and plug-in magnetic gaskets ensure that the doors are always properly closed, maintaining a cold temperature and minimizing power costs. Additionally, the doors can be opened to 120º and will remain open, allowing users to access multiple items with both hands. The self-contained refrigeration system, located at the bottom of the unit, saves space and utilizes a ¼ HP compressor that produces 1480 BTU/hr of cooling power. The full electronic controls of this unit maintain a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF, maximizing the shelf-life of stored items. The epoxy-coated evaporator coil requires minimal maintenance and ensures efficient cooling for years to come. The use of environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant meets all environmental regulations. Furthermore, the automatic non-electric defrosting feature prevents frost build-up without any downtime. These units come with 6” casters by default, but can be exchanged for 3” casters or 6” legs at no additional cost. The 6” casters allow for easy mobility and simplified cleaning. The refrigerator also comes with an eight-foot power cable prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug, suitable for standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.0 amps.
