The self-closing doors help to maintain the interior temperature efficiently. The doors can also be opened to 120º to activate the stay-open feature, allowing for easy access to multiple items. The freezer is equipped with a ½ HP compressor that produces 1624 BTU/hr of cooling. The compressor is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit, saving space.
