The Beverage Air FB44HC-1G Freezer is a commercial-grade dual glass door model that can be used as a merchandizer or back-of-house freezer unit. With a total of 44 cu. ft. of refrigeration space, this freezer is designed for easy organization and access. The sections of this freezer come with six epoxy-coated wire shelves, maximizing the usable space. The LED lighting is more reliable and energy-efficient compared to incandescent or fluorescent options. The doors are equipped with anti-microbial handles for added sanitary protection and are self-closing, saving on power costs. Additionally, the doors have a stay-open feature that allows for easy handling of multiple items. The self-contained refrigeration system at the base of the freezer includes a ¾ HP compressor that produces 2312 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator coil ensures durability and reliability while reducing maintenance downtime. The temperature inside the sections is efficiently maintained below 0ºF with fully electronic controls. Defrosting is done automatically with an electric system, eliminating downtime and frost buildup. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon. The freezer comes with 6" casters by default but can be swapped for 3" casters or 6" legs at no extra cost. The 6" casters allow for easy mobility and cleaning. It also comes with an eight-foot power cable prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 11 amps.
