The Dipping Cabinet Freezer is a 15.2 cu. ft. freezer that can maintain temperatures between -10°F and 0°F. It features sliding glass lids with a lock and key for added security. The freezer includes four heavy-duty, PVC coated wire can support racks, each designed to hold eight 3-gallon ice cream containers. There is also a lower level below the containers that provides extra storage for six 3-gallon ice cream containers. The cabinet is made of galvanized metal with a white powder-coated painted surface. The interior is made of pre-painted steel, making it easy to clean. The freezer has a maintenance-free condenser and an adjustable thermostat. It also has a drain plug for easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with 2" casters for easy movement. The refrigerant used is R290, which is environmentally friendly. The freezer has a 1/5 HP motor and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
