The Beverage Air BB48HC-1-FG-PT-B-27 Refrigerated Pass-Thru Back Bar Open Food Rated is a spacious storage cabinet designed for bars. It has a height of 36 inches, width of 48 inches, and depth of 25 inches. This backbar storage cabinet is part of the BB Pass-Thru Glass Door Back Bar Refrigerator Open Food Rated Series. It is certified for storing bottled beverages, packaged food, and open food items. There are four self-contained models available, with widths up to 95 inches. The handles project 1 3/4 inches. The series includes one size self-contained end mount model (BB78E) and two remote models (BB58R and BB78R). The overall height is 37 1/4 inches, with a depth of 27 inches from the face of the door to the back of the cabinet. The Shallow Depth models (BB48 & BB72) have a depth of 23 1/2 inches. The cabinet construction features options for a stainless exterior. The glass doors are self-closing and come with key locks. Magnetic door gaskets ensure a tight seal. The glass doors can be reversed with a hinge kit accessory. The cabinet has a 2-inch stainless steel top (optional for BB48 and BB72). The standard exterior construction is made of black steel. The reinforced floor and door sills are made of heavy-duty stainless steel for durability. The interior is all stainless steel with radius corners, making it easy to clean and meeting NSF Standard 7 for open food containers. The cabinet is insulated with environmentally friendly foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for structural strength and energy efficiency. The refrigeration system includes an expansion valve for remote models. The condensate elimination is automatic and non-electric (except for remotes). The refrigeration system uses R134a refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC-free for environmental safety. The cabinet has special features to maximize keg storage when needed. The unit is wired at the factory and ready to be connected to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. It comes with an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
