The standard features of this product include a rear knife guard, a 13" hollow ground knife, the ability to slice product into 8 3/8" round pieces, slicing up to 3/16" in thickness, an integrated two stone sharpener, the ability to handle product that is 8 3/8" high by 10 7/8" wide, automatic feeding of the product into the knife, a clamping device for securely holding the product, a low resistance fly-wheel for smooth and easy slicing, and a classic design in the traditional Berkel red color.
