The exterior of the oven is made of stainless steel, making it durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The inside is made of aluminized steel, which is suitable for high-heat baking.
This commercial pizza oven operates at a temperature range of 150 to 550°F and the thermostat allows for easy temperature adjustment. The top and bottom Incoloy heating elements in each deck can be independently controlled for customized cooking results. The oven also has a mechanical timer that can be set for up to 60 minutes for each compartment, ensuring accurate cooking time. The continuous ring alarm alerts you when the food is cooked, so you can serve it promptly. The oven stands on adjustable 4" legs to ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
