The oven can be mounted with side and front skirts to blend seamlessly with tile, stone, or brick walls. The oven has a 10" tall cavity that houses a large 66" wide, 44" deep, and 1.5" Cordierite deck. This deck retains heat well and can handle quick temperature changes without breaking. The flame diverters ensure even heat distribution and are easily removable for maintenance. The temperature can be set between 300°F to 650°F using the thermostat. Independent heat dampers allow for precise control of heat intensity from the top and bottom. The fully insulated interior keeps the oven hot while remaining cool to the touch on the outside. The valve, regulator, and pilot safety are conveniently located in the front-mounted panel along with the thermostat. This Bakers Pride pizza oven meets health and safety standards set by NSF, CSA, and CE. It comes with a two-year limited warranty and a 120V igniter with cord and plug.
