The Bakers Pride 151 single-compartment gas deck-type oven is a powerful and compact commercial pizza oven. It has a shallower depth of 33" compared to standard ovens, making it suitable for cramped kitchens with narrow aisle spaces. The oven is designed to expand with your operation, with the ability to support up to two additional ovens. Made for heavy-duty work, this deck-type pizza oven features a stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior. It is well-insulated, keeping the outside cool and safe to touch while maintaining a consistently hot interior. The heavy-duty doors are spring-balanced for easy opening and closing. The oven is available in both natural gas and liquid propane configurations. It comes with a 1.5" thick cordierite deck measuring 36" in width and 24.5" deep, providing ample space for baking multiple pizzas at a time. The cordierite deck retains heat well and can handle extreme temperatures. The temperature can be easily adjusted from 300°F to 650°F using the thermostat hidden in the gas control housing. The slide-out flame diverters inside the burner chamber ensure even heating of the deck, resulting in evenly cooked food. Heat levels can be controlled from the top and bottom for optimal baking. The oven has a 3/4" NPT gas connection located on the left side or rear of the unit. It is supported by durable steel legs with a Bakertone finish. The Bakers Pride 151 Super Deck Series gas deck-type oven is certified by NSF, CSA, and CE for safe use and comes with a two-year limited warranty.
