The ARCB72 model includes six casters for easy mobility. It is built with heavy-duty reinforced mounting points and a Fulterer telescoping cartridge drawer system. This unit has been tested and meets the NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage. The condensing unit is conveniently located at the front for easy cleaning and maintenance. Plate casters, including two lockable ones, are included with all units for easy installation. The exterior cabinet is constructed with full stainless steel on the front, sides, and top. The drawers are designed for full extension, allowing for easy loading and unloading of pans without tipping them. The self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas. The unit comes with a full two-year parts and labor warranty, as well as a five-year compressor warranty. The electronic thermostat features an external digital LED display for accurate control and easy reading. All products are pressurized with environmentally friendly and more efficient Hydrocarbon gas. Arctic Air products undergo multiple quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Each drawer is equipped with stainless steel hooked adapter bars and removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty stainless steel top is insulated with a ceramic fabric layer over the foam to prevent heat transfer to the interior cabinet. The top has a standard marine edge on all sides and extends 1" (2" overall) on each side to allow cooking equipment to sit flat. The drawer facings, linings, and frames are all made of stainless steel. The top drawer can hold 4" deep pans, while the bottom drawer can hold 6" deep pans (pans not included).
