Here are the standard features of our product: - The switch has a backlit on/off function. - It has a coldwall heat exchange system. - Stainless pan supports are included. - The product comes with plastic non-scratch feet. - A stainless cover for the refrigerated area is included. - The interior cabinet is made of full stainless steel liner. - The exterior cabinet is made of full stainless steel shell. - It comes with a full one-year parts and labor warranty. - The product has been tested to meet NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage. - It includes 1/6 size 6" deep stainless pans, covers, and adapter bars. - The self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R600a Hydrocarbon gas. - It has an electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display for accurate control and easy reading. - An optional glass sneeze guard (part #65400K) is available, but it requires simple field installation by others. - All our products are pressurized with environmentally friendly and more efficient Hydrocarbon gas. - Our Arctic Air products undergo numerous quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. - Please note that there are no defrost systems in this unit. It is designated as an "in-service" item, and the unit needs to be shut off for defrosting.
