The refrigerator comes with a hinged insulated lid for easy access. It also has automatic defrosting to prevent ice buildup. The door gasket is removable for easy cleaning. The recessed door handles provide a sleek and convenient design. Clear plastic food pans are included for storage. The interior is made of 304 series stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 430 series stainless steel. The refrigerator is equipped with four 6" casters, two of which are locking for stability. A 3/4" thick removable polyethylene cutting board is included. The precise digital temperature controller with LED display allows for accurate temperature control. The entire cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation.
