The S62083D100 SGL Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Floor Model Steamer from AccuTemp is an electric stand-mounted unit designed for 208v/60/3-ph power with 10kW of output. It can hold six 12"x 20"x 2-½” pans. Unlike typical convection steamers, this steamer is connectionless and does not require water or drain lines for installation. AccuTemp's Steam'N'Hold™ product line offers several advantages over traditional convection steamers. Instead of relying on fans to distribute heat, this steamer uses patented vacuum technology to remove air from the cavity, allowing the steam to make full contact with the food for efficient steam cooking.
