The EGF4803A3650-S2 Accu-Steam™ Countertop Griddle from AccuTemp is an electrically heated countertop model with 1,077 sq. in. of cooking area. It is designed for use with 480v/60/3-ph power. Unlike other electric griddles, this griddle uses a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber with heating elements submerged in water. The griddle plate is made from 7 gauge stainless steel and is polished to prevent food from sticking. It has a 3-½" wide, ½" deep grease trough and a 6-½ quart grease pan for easy grease management. The griddle is ENERGY STAR compliant and uses 23.0 amps of power. It comes with standard control features such as a heating indicator light, preset temperatures, and a digital thermostat. The construction features include a control guard, a full front grease trough, and a stainless steel griddle plate. The griddle has a rapid surface temperature recovery and a smooth griddle surface for easy cleaning. It has a hermetically-sealed steam chamber that heats the griddle plate and transfers heat evenly. The griddle also has options and accessories available such as a condiment board, chain package, maritime package, correction package, and more.
