Are you in need of a tabletop griddle that can handle busy rushes? Look no further than the AccuTemp EGF4803A2450-T1 Accu-Steam™ Countertop Griddle. This griddle is designed to quickly fill orders and stabilize ticket times, all while taking up minimal space in the kitchen. The cooking surface of this griddle is made of 7 gauge stainless steel and measures 24.25" x 34.7". It is evenly heated by steam in a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber that contains chemically pure water. The steam is heated by long-life low watt density heating elements, similar to how a jacketed steam kettle works. This technology allows for quick recovery and even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. The griddle features a digital thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between 200°F to 400°F with only ±5°F of temperature variance. It also has three temperature presets for ease of use, or temperature control can be locked out with manager mode. Grease management is made easy with a 3-½" wide trough at the front of the cooking surface that empties into a 6-½ qt. grease pan. The grease pan can be easily removed from the front of the unit with a drawer, and a weep hole indicates when it is full. This Countertop Griddle is ENERGY STAR compliant and operates on 480v/60/3-ph power at 16.0 amps. It comes with a 5' power cord with an L16-20P connector. In addition to these features, the griddle also has a control guard, heating indicator light, over temperature indicator light, and easy front service access to controls. It is constructed with 4" legs with bullet feet, a full front grease trough, and a 7 gauge griddle plate with a rear splash and tapered side walls. The griddle plate is made of cold-rolled and annealed stainless steel with a polished stainless steel body. The performance features of this griddle include a hermetically-sealed steam chamber that heats the griddle plate, rapid surface temperature recovery, a smooth cold-rolled stainless steel griddle surface for easy cleaning, and even heat transfer across the entire cooking surface. The griddle is powered by long-life low watt density heating elements mounted inside the vacuum chamber and immersed in chemically pure water. There are also various options and accessories
