AccuTemp's Steam Vector Technology (SVT) ensures reliability by eliminating moving parts that can wear out or fail over time. The SVT system consists of a steam collector and distributor panels that evenly circulate steam inside the cavity. These parts are easy to remove for cleaning and dishwasher safe. Operating these Electric Convection Steamers is easy with the simple digital control panel. The instructions are printed on each door in both English and Spanish for quick reference. Users can monitor the temperature of each steamer with clear digital displays, and the independent digital timers with programmable presets provide accurate time-keeping. Installation is hassle-free with the simple water and drain connections. Each steamer consumes less than 1-½ gallons of water per hour. The steamers come with front-mounted drain valves, easy-to-clean control panels, simplified service access panels, and heavy-duty, field-reversible doors.
