Standard Features: The standard features of this product include a reinforced base plate made of 304 stainless steel. The kettle jacket and outer casing are also made of 304 stainless steel and are seam welded to ensure durability. The kettle system has a seamless deep-drawn 304 stainless steel liner with an integrally formed radius lip. The product is fully insulated between the kettle jacket and outer casing. The control console of the electric kettle is also made of 304 stainless steel and is seam welded. The kettle protection system includes a thermostat temperature control ranging from 150°F to 285°F, a pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge, a jacket-water fill, an automatic low water cut off, and an indicator light. The heating elements of the kettle are field replaceable. Optional Features: There are several optional features available for this product. These include a 316 liner, a faucet bracket, a correctional package, a single speed mixer/agitator, an automatic water filling meter, a riser for table mounted fill faucet, and a single or dual faucet with a bracket and either a 12" or 18" swing nozzle. Additionally, a 60" flexible spray hose assembly made of either vinyl or stainless steel is available for both dual and single faucet options. Accessories: Various accessories are also available for this product. These include a care kit, a lift-off cover, a tilt locking device, a single basket insert, a table for one or two ALTEH kettles, a nylon bag insert with a spreader ring, and an anti-splash screen for the sliding drawer.
